Refund Policy

Digital products are final sale

Because every ebukEdu product is a digital PDF delivered immediately after payment and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with educational content. By completing checkout you acknowledge this and, where applicable, waive any statutory withdrawal period once download access has been provided.

We always fix delivery problems

• Link not received, expired, or not working — we resend it.
• Corrupted or incomplete file — we replace it.
• Duplicate or accidental double charge — we refund the extra charge in full.
• Unauthorized charge — contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Email support@ebukedu.com with your order email and we respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Where consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund that this policy does not provide, that law prevails and we will honour it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved the same day. Access may be revoked for orders disputed after the file was delivered.
