Terms of Sale

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using an ebukEdu product you agree to these terms, our Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Products and price

Each ebook is a digital PDF sold for a one-time price of $150.00 USD, plus any tax required in your jurisdiction. Products are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive a download link at the email address you provide. If your file does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam and then email support@ebukedu.com and we will resend it.

4. Licence

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own individual use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, upload, distribute, publish, translate, or create derivative works from the material, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. All content remains our intellectual property.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the material lawfully and honestly, including never falsifying information on any credit, loan, or account application.

6. No professional advice or guarantee

Products are educational only and do not guarantee approval, a credit score, rate, limit, savings, or income. See the full Disclaimer.

7. Payment

Payments are handled by a third-party processor. By purchasing you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. Fraudulent orders and chargeback abuse may result in access being revoked.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, revise, or retire products and may change these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ebukEdu operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
